Transformation of gas station Uithoorn
On behalf of it’s owner Schouten Olie, Nera Vastgoed took on the redevelopment of a gas station located in Uithoorn (Heijermanslaan). At this point plan are being prepared and discussed with the municipality to develop one or more apartment buildings.

Building Permit for Catsheuvel
The municipality of The Hague granted ‘Catsheuvel’ a building permit. The project Catsheuvel, which consists of the redevelopment of the ‘Toren van Oud’ is a partnership of Euraco BV and Nera Vastgoed BV. The Toren van Oud is located in The Hague in the international zone right next to the Congres Building and Europol. In the last months Euraco BV worked on the redevelopment plan with a positive result. The redevelopment is within the limits of the current zoning plan which includes the usage of the building as hotel or short stay apartments. Each floor increases in size by 10% and two additional levels will be added so the building will get 20 levels in total. During the next months a decision will be made on the usage. At this moment the plan includes two apartments on each floor and supporting functions on the ground floor.
Acquisition Van Godewijckstraat in Dordrecht
Nera Vastgoed BV acquired three buildings located at the Van Godewijckstraat in Dordrecht. The former office buildings measure approximately 10.000 m2 and are mainly vacant. Nera Vastgoed started the redevelopment to transform these buildings into rental apartments and commercial spaces.
Acquisition De Oude Tempel estate in Soesterberg
Nera Vastgoed BV and its partner Oude Tempel VOF acquired De Oude Tempel estate. The estate which is located in Soesterberg and measures 8 hectares includes a large villa and four detached houses. The goal is to redevelop the estate into a full service senior living concept. This project will be developed together with the Fakton Group in Rotterdam.
Renewal lease agreement Karwei Aalten
Negotiations with the owner of Karwei in Aalten (Van Neerbos Bouwmarkten), located at Driehoek 5, resulted in a renewal of the current lease agreement with more than 7 years. Both parties are pleased to continue their professional relation.
Renovation progress Galvanistraat 7 Ede
The entire climate system of the office building will be replaced. This means that a new air condition system, boilers and a heat pump will be installed. Also all windows will be fitted with sustainable HR++ glass. Completion is expected October 1st 2016 at the latest.

The office building, Galvanistraat 7 in Ede, is currently under construction. After completion the building meets today’s comfort and sustainability standards. The entire climate system is being renewed and in addition all windows are fitted with HR ++ glass. Completion is expected October 1st 2016.
New development project in Dordrecht
Nera Vastgoed acquired a vacant office building in Dordrecht located at the Spuiboulevard 100 and is currently developing plans to transform the building into apartment. On this location in Dordrecht there is not much demand for offices, but a huge demand for high quality apartments at a reasonable price.
