As of January 1, 2014, Nera Vastgoed extended the current lease with De Hiep Beheer Ltd on behalf of Nera Hilversum, Limited Partnership. In doing so, De Hiep Beheer Ltd continues the utilization of the Gooisch Podium and the Gooische Herberg, located on the Kampstraat 2 and the Leeuwenstraat 21-23 in Hilversum, for an extended period.

The office of Nera Vastgoed Ltd will be closed from December 23, 2013 up to and including January 1, 2014. We will be available again on Thursday January 2, 2014. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Nera Vastgoed Ltd sold a part of the plot of land of its project in Wateringen to Duiker Combustion Engineers through a purchase/building contract for the benefit of extra parking.
