The transformation of the former office building at Spuiboulevard 100 in Dordrecht is in full swing. Below is an impression of the work.

Nera Vastgoed sold 17 apartments including storage and parking facilities located at the Jacobus Bellamyhove in Zoetermeer to Hollandse Huizen. The apartments have been developed, built and rented under management of Nera. Neo Property Solutions acted as broker on behalf of the seller. The buyer was assisted by Barmentloo Vastgoed.

The total complex consists of 73 apartments, parking and storage. The project was completed in 2011. The majority of the apartments were sold to Vidomes in 2011.

Nera Vastgoed BV and its related parties sold the “Toren van Oud”, which was held in the subsidairy Catsheuvel BV, to investor Van Der Vorm Vastgoed Groep.

Catsheuvel was the transformation of the vacant building Toren van Oud in The Hague to short stay apartments. As the new owner will contract and supervise construction, the activities performed by Nera were limited to making the design for the transformation and getting approval by the city of The Hague for the plans.

Negotiations with Stichting Opella resulted in a renewal of the lease agreement for their current office location at Galvanistraat in Ede for the comming years. Tenant and owner are pleased to continue their professional relation.

The name Opella means small services. Opella’s vision is based on the wishes of customers, their families and employees. Opella provides care, guidance and support to people who need help. More information can be found on www.opella.nl.

The building permit has been received and the preparations have been completed. Now the renovation has started. The office building, except for the ground floor, will be transformed into 39 rental apartments.

Autumm 2018 the renovation activities will be finished.

The office of Nera Vastgoed Ltd will be closed from December 27, 2017 up to and including  January 1^st, 2018. We will open again on Tuesday January 2^nd, 2018.

A day without worry, without illness or disability, a day when the childeren rise above themselves and feel special, a day they will never forget. Over the past 10 years, the Foundation has offered more than 8,000 children this adventure.

Peter van Zwet, an aviator himself, will fly the children every year as a pilot and Nera Vastgoed strongly supports the activities of the Hoogvliegers Foundation.

Following a favorable opinion from the ‘Welstandcommissie’, the building permit for the transformation of the office building, located at Spuiboulevard 100 in Dordrecht, was received. The building will be transformed into 39 apartments with a commercial layout on the groundfloor. The design is made by Raak Architecten from Leiden.

Reconstruction wil start shortly and will last about 12 to 14 months.
