On Saturday the 23rd of May an article was published on omroepwest.nl regarding the development activities with respect to the Toren van Oud. A brief comment from our partner Euraco is included. The article (in Dutch) can be viewed here.

Since the 1^st of March, the building Leeuwenstraat 21 in Hilversum (located opposite the Central Station) has been leased to dinner cafe ‘Samen’. After renovation, the opening is expected on July 1^st next. The renovation consists of restyling the inside and improving the outside appearance of the building. The tenant is aiming for a cozy bar with dining, where it is a pleasant place to be and people can be themselves and comfortable. A place you want to come back to.

The vacancy for an Immovable Property Asset Management Intern has now been filled.

Under the terms of the AIFMD, which has taken effect as of July 2013, Nera Vastgoed registered with the Autoriteit Financiële Markten (Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets) as an exempt manager.

Dochtervennootschap Catsheuvel BV, een samenwerking tussen Nera Vastgoed BV en Euraco BV, heeft de befaamde Toren van Oud verworven, gelegen aan de Catsheuvel in Den Haag. Het gebouw is gelegen direct naast het Congres centrum, Europol en in de directe omgeving van verschillende nationale en internationale bedrijven en ambassades. In nauw overleg met Bullhorst Architecten Stedenbouwers worden plannen gemaakt voor de herontwikkeling van dit gebouw.

Nera Vastgoed has succeeded in refinancing the bank loans for all of its development projects. This means that all of its projects are currently ‘bank free.’ A nice result, as it ensures great financial peace and better results. The bank loans were refinanced on a project basis, allowing investors to take over the position of banks and causing the profitability of the projects to improve greatly.

On behalf of Nera Wateringseveld Ltd, Nera Vastgoed sold another part of the (building) land to Congestus Vastgoed Ltd. The total surface area of the plot sold is approximately 900 square meters. The plot is situated on the Turfschipper in Wageningen.
