Spuiboulevard nominated for ‘Dordtse Puien’ prize 2019!

The office building Spuiboulevard 100 transformed by Nera Vastgoed (numbered 102 – 110 after transformation) in Dordrecht to 39 rental apartments has been nominated for the Dordtse Puienprijs 2019 in the ‘herbestemming’ (transformation) category. The design and the architectural supervision are for the account of Raak Architecten from Noordwijk.

The prize is awarded by the Oud-Dordrecht Association with the aim of supporting the improvement of the cityscape. In principle, the prize is awarded every other year as a reward for the successful restoration of the facade of a building to which the Image Quality Plan for the city center applies. The nominated buildings are divided into two categories: ‘Woon-winkelhuis’ and ‘Herbestemming’.

We are very content and very proud with this nomination. It feels good that we as a company have achieved something beautiful and added it to the inner city of Dordrecht that is appreciated, says director real estate development Peter van Zwet.’

The prize will be awarded on October 17th next. You can vote up to and including October 13, 2019 on the website https://www.oud-dordrecht.nl/dordtse-puienprijs-2019.
