Nera Vastgoed sells Spuiboulevard 100 in Dordrecht to Catella

Nera Vastgoed BV and its affiliated parties sold the transformation project located at Spuiboulevard 100 in Dordrecht to Panta Rhei Dutch Residential Fund, managed by Catella Investments Management Benelux BV.

The Spuiboulevard 100 will be transformed from an office building into 39 rental apartments, while maintaining a commercial space on the ground level. The design was made by Raak Architecten in Leiden. The delivery is scheduled for December next, after which the buyer will start renting the apartments. JLL acted on behalf of the buyer and Fakton Capital acted on behalf of the seller. No further transaction details will be announced.
