Van Godewijckstraat – Dordrecht

The project consists of three (office) buildings located between the historic center of Dordrecht and it’s Central Station. The three buildings are generally vacant. Considering the excess of offices in the area, the location of the buildings and the high demand in affordable apartments, plans are currently being prepared for the transformation of these buildings into rentable apartments and commercial real estate.
