Skulte – Latvia

The project – named ‘Jurasciems’ (seaside village) – involves the development and sale of 38 building plots. The plot on which the development will take place is located in the town of Skulte, is approximately 6 ha (approximately 1,500 square meters per lot), and is within a stone’s throw of the beach that borders on the Baltic Sea. The location to be developed is situated within the ‘Protective zone of Baltic Sea’ (nature reserve). The town center can be reached by car within 30 minutes by taking the ‘Via Baltica’ highway. The purpose of this development has changed in the meantime and sale of phase 1 – 20 building plots – has started.
