Nesselande – Rotterdam

Port Nesselande involved the development of a marina consisting of approximately 100 berths with catering establishments and a water ski track. Nera Vastgoed realized the planning, which ultimately resulted in a construction permit. Also, users were found for the various components of the plan. Given the poor conditions in the financing and investing markets in 2012/2013, the parties eventually decided to not realize this project.
