Bezuidenhoutseweg – The Hague

The Nera Bezuidenhoutseweg Ltd project involved the purchase, utilization, redevelopment, and rental of an office building including parking garage on the Bezuidenhoutseweg 179/181 in The Hague.

The office building is situated in the Bezuidenhout quarter within walking distance of the Central Station of The Hague and near the city heart of The Hague. There is also a wide variety of stores and places to lunch in the immediate vicinity.

The project was sold to AM, part of the Koninklijke BAM Groep (Royal BAM Group).
