Galvanistraat – Ede

This involves an investment in a long-term rented office building of more than 5,000 square meters and 110 parking spaces, situated on the Galvanistraat 7 in Ede. The building has been rented to, among others, the neighboring Gelderse Vallei Hospital for a sustained period, and it is being used for supporting services for the benefit of the hospital. Both internally and externally, the building was renovated and adapted to contemporary requirements.
