Catsheuvel – The Hague

The project is located at Catsheuvel in The Haque, next to the Congress Center, Europol and in the direct vicinity of various national and international companies and embassies. The project is a joint venture between Euro Projectburo and Nera Vastgoed c.s. and consists the transformation of the vacant Toren van Oud in to 38 apartments, which will be rented on short stay basis. The project includes a commercial zone on the ground floor.

After finishing the design, the building permit was received in December 2016 and construction preparations started. The project has been sold to an investor who will complete construction and keep the project as an investment.
