Negotiations with Praxis resulted in a renewal of the lease agreement for their current location Zevenmanshaven Oost in Vlaardingen for the coming years. Tenant and owner are pleased to continue their professional relation.

The building permit for the transformation of the former office building located at Van Godewijckstraat 17 in Dordrecht was received. The transformation is the first phase stage of a larger area development on the Van Godewijckstraat. The building will be transformed into 31 apartments with parking. The design is made by Raak Architecten from Leiden.

Reconstruction will start shortly and is expected to last 12 to 14 months.
