The municipality of The Hague granted ‘Catsheuvel’ a building permit. The project Catsheuvel, which consists of the redevelopment of the ‘Toren van Oud’ is a partnership of Euraco BV and Nera Vastgoed BV. The Toren van Oud is located in The Hague in the international zone right next to the Congres Building and Europol. In the last months Euraco BV worked on the redevelopment plan with a positive result. The redevelopment is within the limits of the current zoning plan which includes the usage of the building as hotel or short stay apartments. Each floor increases in size by 10% and two additional levels will be added so the building will get 20 levels in total. During the next months a decision will be made on the usage. At this moment the plan includes two apartments on each floor and supporting functions on the ground floor.

Nera Vastgoed BV acquired three buildings located at the Van Godewijckstraat in Dordrecht. The former office buildings measure approximately 10.000 m² and are mainly vacant. Nera Vastgoed started the redevelopment to transform these buildings into rental apartments and commercial spaces.
