Nera Vastgoed acquired a vacant office building in Dordrecht located at the Spuiboulevard 100 and is currently developing plans to transform the building into apartment. On this location in Dordrecht there is not much demand for offices, but a huge demand for high quality apartments at a reasonable price.

This vacancy does no longer exist.

The office of Nera Vastgoed Ltd will be closed from December 25 up to and including January 3 2015. We will be available again on Monday January 4, 2015.
